WBP - "Wildlife Biology in Practice"

When the organization of the XXVIth IUGB Congress first started one of the main goals set by the organizing committee was to use the IUGB Congress to launch a new Scientific Journal related with Wildlife Biology. It has been considered that wildlife research is, presently, a developing scientific subject in Portugal and therefore, time had arrived to create a set of national and international Journals that would contribute to consolidate our efforts in promoting wildlife research in Portugal .

logótipo openaccess

"Wildlife Biology in Practice" is a new "open access" scientific, peer-reviewed, multi-disciplinary journal devoted to the rapid dissemination of wildlife research. It publishes research papers, review papers, discussion papers, methodological papers and short communications in all fields of wildlife biology. Clear relevance to practical aspects of wildlife research is encouraged.
